Ball Handling:
- No Dribble: Ball slaps, figure 8, around the waist, leg slaps catch behind the back, ball toss between legs
- Stationary Dribbling: Figure 8 big and small dribbles, spider, ball breakers, machine gun, laying finger tip dribbling, behind the back through legs
- 2 Ball Dribbling: simultaneous dribble, alternating dribble, cross-over, behind the back, big dribble small dribble
Post Up:
- Mikan Drill, front side and back side, 3 sets of 15
- Main moves, right and left side, 10 on each side
- Counter moves, right and left side, 10 on each side
- Turn and face main move, reverse pivots, 10 on each side
- Turn and face counter moves, reverse pivots, 10 on each side
High Post:
- Catch and shoot from elbows, forward pivots, 3 sets of 10
- Catch and shoot from elbows, reverse pivots, 3 sets of 10
- dribble spins from the high post, jab steps, pump fakes, 3 sets of 10
Pick and roll/pop:
- pick and roll, pop your feet, target hand, 3 sets of 5 both sides
- pick and pop, pop your feet, call for ball, 3 sets of 5 both sides
- pick and post, main moves and counters, pop your feet, target hand
Free-throws:
- Between sets for a rest, keep your numbers, goal should be above 75%
